At Vonnie Hill Studios, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges for Incorrect Sizes:

• If you receive an item in the wrong size, contact us within 14 days of delivery at raniaclemmons@yahoo.com.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• We will provide instructions for exchanging the item for the correct size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us immediately at raniaclemmons@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the item.
• We will address the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
